📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities through telemarketing.
• Track customer interactions and sales progress using Salesforce.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or telemarketing.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Certification in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
