• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies, and identify opportunities for their application in our operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Represent CMA CGM at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and best practices in AI and innovation.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Certification in AI or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with the shipping and logistics industry is a plus.
