📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and complex audits, including financial statement audits, internal controls reviews, and compliance checks.
• Analyze financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies, errors, and potential fraud.
• Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and auditing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on audit techniques and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial compliance (experience level depends on the specific role).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
