As a Mandarin Translator (Field-Based), you will be responsible for translating a wide range of documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams, acting as a bridge to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
• Provide real-time translation support during meetings, conferences, and events, using tools like Trados or memoQ.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure that all communication needs are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and terminology to maintain high-quality translations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communication and translation tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of translation strategies.
• Ensure all translated materials are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before final submission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of business communication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in a field-based or international setting.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Certification in translation (e.g., ATA, CATTI) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple translation projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
