🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, savings, and investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Core Banking Solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
