You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties with high attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Track and report daily sales data to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in reconciling daily cash transactions and bank deposits.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee preparation process.
• Train and mentor junior staff on coffee preparation techniques and financial best practices.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including ordering and receiving supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven experience in inventory management and financial record-keeping.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certification in coffee preparation (e.g., SCAA or other industry-recognized certifications) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
