Legal & Compliance Staff (Contract)

As a Legal & Compliance Staff at Transnovasi, you will be working closely with our legal team and various departments to ensure that our business activities are conducted in a legally compliant manner. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing advice on regulatory matters. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance with various laws and regulations, including data protection, employment, and environmental laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and report on compliance with various laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Provide legal support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and reports.
• Participate in legal training and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of corporate law, employment law, and data protection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
