🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace strategy, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful aerospace strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present strategic reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant aerospace software such as MATLAB, ANSYS, or CATIA.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace industry, including regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
