You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across our diverse locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain fixed asset records using SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the ERP transition by documenting current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless asset operations during the transition.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation of new asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in asset management or accounting, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Certification in asset management or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
