PT Wisesa Langit is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that supports our software products. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Provide technical writing support to the development team.,Stay updated with the latest technical writing trends and best practices.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
