📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
