📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of baristas to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee preparation.,Develop and implement coffee recipes and brewing techniques to maintain consistency and quality.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in specialty coffee.,Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute coffee-related promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of baristas.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
