In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Manage and monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their roles.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.,Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
