📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for ASICS Indonesia's product portfolio.,Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant data to inform demand planning strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align demand planning with business objectives.,Implement and monitor demand planning and forecasting systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.,Lead and mentor junior demand planners, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.,Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, with a strong focus on retail or fashion industry.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning and forecasting solutions.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.,Proficiency in demand planning and forecasting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to guide and develop junior team members.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
