📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
