Tanggung Jawab:

  • Represent LUMEN Pratama and its values to the target audience.
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Promote LUMEN Pratama's products and services through various channels.
  • Attend and participate in brand-related events and activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our brand's performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Report on brand performance and customer feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
