📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
