MEP Engineer & Supervisor

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire MEP process, from initial design to final installation. You'll use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create detailed plans and specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems for various construction projects.
• Oversee the installation and testing of MEP systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and client presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the MEP industry.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and supervision.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional engineering license (optional but preferred).
• Experience working on construction projects in Bali is a plus.
