As a Mandarin Speaker, you will be the bridge between our Chinese suppliers and Indonesian operations, ensuring clear and accurate communication across sales, quality control, purchasing, finance, general affairs, and warehouse management. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and fostering strong relationships with our key partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents and communications between Chinese and Indonesian teams.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clear understanding and effective decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales teams to handle inquiries and negotiations with Chinese clients.
• Assist in quality control processes by verifying product specifications and standards.
• Support purchasing teams in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Provide financial translations and support for financial documents and reports.
• Assist in general affairs by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage warehouse activities by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring accurate inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multilingual business environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, quality control, purchasing, finance, and logistics.
• Certification in Mandarin language proficiency (HSK level 4 or higher) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
