📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and policies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
