📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to attract and retain guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hotels.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Certifications in hospitality management, such as CHM (Certified Hotel Manager) or equivalent.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
