📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.,Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.,Process and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with event coordination and guest accommodations.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Professional and polite demeanor.
