📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of facility staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor facility maintenance schedules to ensure timely and effective upkeep of our store's infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of facility supplies, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our store's facilities.
• Lead and mentor the facility team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record in leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of IKEA's values and commitment to sustainability and innovation.
