📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in planning and delivering lesson plans.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Support tutors in managing classroom activities and discipline.,Assist in preparing and grading assignments and exams.,Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Collaborate with tutors on curriculum development and improvement.,Assist in organizing and participating in parent-teacher meetings.,Support tutors in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.,Passion for education and commitment to student success.
