📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office.,Good understanding of network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
