Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing the restaurant's menu.
• Train and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal use of ingredients.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Head Chef.
• Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
