Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance,Identifying and addressing departmental needs and challenges,Fostering a positive and productive work environment,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
