Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced consultant to join our team and contribute to our Livelihood and Economic Programing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their communities.
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about child welfare and has a deep understanding of livelihood strategies and economic programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.
The consultant will work closely with our team to design and implement innovative and sustainable livelihood programs that empower children and their families to overcome poverty and achieve their full potential.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement livelihood and economic programs that address the needs and priorities of vulnerable children and their communities.Conduct needs assessments, program planning, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of programs.Build strong partnerships and collaborations with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations.Provide technical assistance and training to program beneficiaries and implementing partners.Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.Participate in team meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities.Ensure compliance with Save the Children's policies, procedures, and donor requirements.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, development studies, social sciences, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in livelihood and economic programming, with a focus on child welfare.Strong understanding of child protection and child rights principles and standards.Excellent knowledge of livelihood strategies, including enterprise development, cash transfer programs, and social protection mechanisms.Proven track record of successful program implementation and monitoring and evaluation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.🛠️ Keahlian
