📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights for store improvement.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
