📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of diesel engines and mechanical systems aboard marine vessels.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized software.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of work orders and reports for management review.
• Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in marine engineering.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and improving overall system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the marine or diesel engine industry.
• Certification in marine engineering or relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, IMO).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as EPICS, LabVIEW, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts and be available for on-call duties.
• Valid Sea Service Record Book (SSRB) and STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate.
