📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
