Indonesia Frozen is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary materials and supplies to meet production demands. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and cost standards.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring competitive and favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Track and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
