📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Experience in a similar role within the retail industry is a plus.
