📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of medical representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Organize and participate in medical meetings, conferences, and training sessions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and recognition.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in sales and leadership.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and ethical standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
