📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintain and optimize our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with the development team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware, software, and network maintenance.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
