📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with sales transactions and providing product information.
  • Managing cash register and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a clean and attractive storefront.
  • Processing returns and exchanges according to company policy.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Working with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, especially in using cash register systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
