📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles with relevant regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
